MamaWell

MamaWell is a 42-week online course filled with modern wisdom and whole body guidance for your personal journey into motherhood. Run Club Meet Up

Run Club is a FREE community meet up welcoming moms of all ages and stages, as well as any other friends, family members, and kiddos! A FIT4MOM Run Club ‘Coach’ will provide a brief welcome followed by a family friendly warm-up, then lead a self-paced run of varying distances to meet the needs of all participants. After a stretch, they’ll be time for post-run conversation for the adults and simple activities to occupy kiddos. Come join us!

Strides 360®

Launching Spring 2019!

Strides 360 promises a heart­ pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Body weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Fit4Baby®

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Body Back®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

BODY BACK Workout

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. 🥰 Morning, mamas! Today we are showing some love to our #MOMCRUSHMONDAY Heidi Olfert. Heidi was born in California, but was raised in Washington state. Heidi is mama to a 4-year-old named Caroline, and Daniel who is 15 months. . 👩🏻‍🍳This awesome mama has a certificate in Baking from Le Cordon Bleu school of Culinary Arts. Heidi is clearly a gem when it comes to our village potlucks LOL! Heidi also recently started a business as an Arbonne Independent Consultant. She told us “Arbonne specializes in products with a philosophy of being healthy from the inside, out, so I’m really excited to start sharing that with everyone.” In five years time Heidi sees herself “homeschooling my children and working a successful Arbonne business, all while staying fit and healthy through FIT4MOM!” Sounds like an awesome plan to us, mama! . 🏃🏻‍♀️Heidi has been striding with us since last April. She learned about us from a good friend. She told us that FIT4MOM is perfect for her because she’s the type of person who needs someone to instruct her, in order to work out consistently. Instructor led group fitness is the perfect fit. Heidi’s advice to a newcomer would be to “come as you are, and don’t compare yourself to anyone there. Focus on your fitness goals, and go for it!” 🙌🏾 . Fun facts: Heidi is double jointed, and can do crazy fast “eyeball jiggling.” She also really loves cloudy weather, because it reminds her of Washington. Well, Heidi must be loving the weather right now haha! . Thanks for being a part of this village, mama! We are lucky to have you, and so are you kiddos. Cheers to crushin’ on you, mama! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
