MamaWell is a 42-week online course filled with modern wisdom and whole body guidance for your personal journey into motherhood. Run Club Meet Up

Run Club is a FREE community meet up welcoming moms of all ages and stages, as well as any other friends, family members, and kiddos! A FIT4MOM Run Club ‘Coach’ will provide a brief welcome followed by a family friendly warm-up, then lead a self-paced run of varying distances to meet the needs of all participants. After a stretch, they’ll be time for post-run conversation for the adults and simple activities to occupy kiddos. Come join us!


Strides 360®

Strides 360 promises a heart­ pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Body weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!



FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!


Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.


Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.


Body Back®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.



Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

Morning, mamas! Today we are showing our #MOMCRUSHMONDAY Tiffany Schnabel all the love! Tiffany is mama to Caden (14), Payton (10), Rhyland (8), and Jaxson (1). Tiffany was born and raised in Virginia, but is currently stationed at Fort Bragg with her hubby, Stefan, and their little blended family. Tiffany is a self-proclaimed tomboy. She knows how to change her own oil and tires. Her uncle nicknamed her Bubba when she was little. After being in a major car accident, in her early 20s, Tiffany decided to become an EMT and volunteer for a local rescue squad. She also has worked as an orthodontic assistant, and used that skillset to support her family during a time when they needed it most. She found her passion for fitness and went back to school to earn her personal trainer certification, group fitness certification, and youth fitness certification. She has worked on post, as a volunteer instructor for military spouses and as an instructor at the YMCA up until this summer. She is now a stay at home mama and found FIT4MOM Fayetteville after searching Facebook for coaching opportunities. Tiffany said “I knew I had more to give as a mom and as a fitness coach. Who better to understand the struggles of motherhood than another mom! Moms are my passion and I knew I wanted to work with moms, all while being there for my children when they needed me the most. “Her favorite village memory was from her first day of class. She ended up having to show up late after a major diaper blowout. She was nervous that it would be awkward, but felt more than welcomed by everyone. Tiffany is now our newest instructor team member, and soon you’ll see her teaching classes soon. Her advice to a mama thinking about trying our classes would be “Don’t think, just go... There will always be a million reasons not to. You will talk yourself out of coming to class, you will talk yourself out of stepping out of your Comfort zone and that will hold you back from greatness! Not just in motherhood but in your fitness Journey as well! Give yourself grace, love yourself as your children see and love you, show up and enjoy the journey!” We can’t think of better advice for this Monday!
